Since As for one day, Musume had never had a top oricon single. Back then, 6gen were not even joined (It was the single before 6gen join, wasn't it?). Almost 3 and a half years passed, In this 3 years, Musume had released 12 singles between As for one day and Ariuteru, but none had got oricon no1, even there were some very good songs like Shabondama, My Dear Boy, Iroppoi Jirettai, etc.
Many people said that Musume is going downhill, and they won't go up again.
